Using local green chile, our green chile chedder biscuits are to die for! So fluffy and buttery, they have the perfect balance between heat and flavor. Can't handle the heat? We offer plain biscuits as well! Try our take & bakes too!
Scones
With half size and full size options, our delicious scones are perfect for any get together you have planned. They pair great with a cup of tea or coffee.
Oat Bars (V)
Fruit layered between a chewy oatmeal crust. Perfect for breakfast dessert, because it’s never too early to treat yourself! *Fruit varies
Breads
Our artisan loaves are crispy on the outside and nice and soft inside. Our sandwich bread is perfect for sandwiches, toast, or our favorite: GRILLED CHEESE! Can't decide which to choose? Get both! They freeze wonderfully.
Brownies
Whether you choose our chewy fudgy chocolate brownie or our light cakey lemon brownie, either will pair nicely with one of our house made lattes! Other flavors available too.
Chocolate Pecan Pie Bars
Do you like pecan pie? Then you’ll LOVE this chewy pecan filling with chocolate chips on a flaky crust!
Lemon Bars
It’s like summer in your mouth! With a flaky buttery crust and a gooey lemony layer on top, you’ll wish you bought more! These come in various flavors too.

Moist personal sized bundt cakes in assorted flavors with a decadent glaze on top. These can be made in pretty much any flavor your mind can come up with. We offer the full size also.

Warm gooey cinnamon roll with our house made cream cheese icing. Try our Take & Bake options too! We also offer pecan sticky buns! Using the same sweet roll we add brown sugar and pecans and turn it into a taste of 'mornings at grandmas', they are AMAZING!

About us
What started as an idea has turned into a dream, and not just for me.
Hi, my name is Heidi Moir - founder of The Bakehouse off the Wheaten Path.
The idea for our 100% gluten-free bakery began long before we opened our doors. Years ago, my son was experiencing behavioral issues, and through our journey to help him, I discovered my own gluten intolerance. Baking became more than a hobby - it became a necessity and a passion.
In 2018, l officially started this bakery, baking out of a shared kitchen in the South Valley just three days a week with one amazing employee by my side. By 2023, we welcomed our second employee and opened our very own storefront.
Today, I am so proud to say we have grown to a full team and are open six days a week, serving our community with gluten-free treats that everyone can enjoy. From day one, we have partnered with local coffee shops to deliver fresh gluten-free baked goods - their support, along with the loyalty of our customers, has made all of this possible.
